Upon completion of the underwriting process, and approval of terms, we will have a telephone conversation with the insured(s) to discuss the transaction and ensure all parties understand the details of the transaction. Following this phone call, loan documents will be issued for execution by the borrower. The loan will be funded upon receipt of borrower-executed documents, and confirmation of policy details and assignment by the life insurance company.
The annual review process will begin approximately 30 days before the policy anniversary date. At this time, your Account Executive will work with you or the borrower to perform a review of the transaction. This review will involve confirmation of the collateral position, and coordination of additional borrowing (if contemplated).
